Peter J. Todoro, Jr., Esq. received his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. Mr. Todoro is a frequent lecturer at Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Programs and also a frequent presenter to the local criminal courts Continuing Judicial Education Programs. These programs keep Judges current on frequently encountered legal issues in town and village courts. Mr. Todoro practices primarily in the area of criminal defense with an emphasis on representing clients in alcohol related prosecutions in various courts throughout New York State. He handles both felony and misdemeanor cases.

Michael S Taheri, Esq., recieved his J.D. from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. For 15 years he was a clinical instructor at the University of Buffalo Law School, where he taught the courses "Trying a DWI Case in New York State," "Ethically Managing a Criminal Law Firm" and "White Collar Crime."
Effective January 1, 2023 Michael S. Taheri is Of Counsel to the law firm and remains actively involved in various community service organizations and activities.

She has frequent contact with the clients with respect to scheduling and other administrative functions.
