Peter J. Todoro, Jr., Esq. received his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law. Mr. Todoro is a frequent lecturer at Bar Association Continuing Legal Education Programs and also a frequent presenter to the local criminal courts Continuing Judicial Education Programs. These programs keep Judges current on frequently encountered legal issues in town and village courts.

Mr. Todoro practices primarily in the area of criminal defense with an emphasis on representing clients in alcohol related prosecutions in various courts throughout New York State. He handles both felony and misdemeanor cases.

Michael S. Taheri, Esq. received his J.D. from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. For 15 years he was a clinical instructor at the University of Buffalo Law School, where he taught the courses "Trying a DWI Case in New York State," "Ethically Managing a Criminal Law Firm," and "White Collar Crime."

Effective January 1, 2023, Michael S. Taheri is Of Counsel to the law firm and remains actively involved in various community service organizations and activities.

Lynn is a life-long resident of Western New York and attended Erie Community College. She has been Office Manager and Legal Assistant for over 30 years. Her duties include billing, accounts payable and receivable, scheduling, and proofreading and document assembly.

In addition, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the law firm. She has frequent contact with clients with respect to scheduling and other administrative functions.

Cheryl is a life-long resident of Western New York and attended Erie Community College. She has worked in the legal field for over 28 years. Since 2020 she has been a legal secretary with the firm.

Her duties include transcribing dictation; answering and directing telephone calls; drafting, proofreading and document assembly; communicating with clients; and organizing and maintaining files. She has frequent contact with clients with respect to scheduling and other administrative functions.
